Dear footballgolfers of the World

We have been monitoring COVID-19 situation. Our wish is still to organize WFGA tournaments for all of you in a safe and secure way. Unfortunately, there are some obstacles in terms of the restrictions and closed borders in some of our member countries. These obstacles prevent us from organizing and running tournaments. We are concerned, that it will be almost impossible to maintain and control the social distancing guidelines. The WFGA and all players are a family like group, and the atmosphere at the tournaments is essential in order to have the best possible experience. On that basis the Board has unanimously decided to cancel following:

SWEDISH OPEN, Alunda
WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, Rumburk

We will be sure to monitor the situation closely and keep you updated. We wish you all a great summer and hope you take care and stay healthy and fit for fight.
