Dear footballgolf family,  
 
today we want to announce the further registration dates of the 2026 tournaments: 

 
*to be continued until 24th January 
** WC doodle starts in last January week 
 
So as you can see, the tournaments are not flooded by the potential 53 top ranked players who have the priority right to sign in early. 
 
Some of the momentarily “avoided” tournaments – like Frech or Norway Open by now seem to be great opportunities to make good points for the 2027 ranking.

Important: 
 
Apart from that WFGA was contacted by a female player who unfortunately is in the rankings twice. 
When checking and adding her results in order to know if she would have gained priority rights it was detected that gscore has made a mistake by not halving the points of the last tournament in 2024 (Spanish Open). 
 
As a consequence it will have significantly effects especially for the women rankings, as Ändi Weidenegger will become new World number 1 and Mette Stisen will make a move from 6th to 4th. 
 
Luckily it does not have any effects for the current priority period and only little effects for the upcoming World Championship priority sign-up. 
 
We apologize for this mistake and hope it will be corrected in a short period of time!
